Huw Pohlner is a senior consultant at Australian water policy and economic consulting firm Aither. He is a graduate of Oxford University’s MPhil in Geography and the Environment. His dissertation focused on the politics and policy processes underlying the construction of China’s South-North Water Transfer. He is a member of the Food, Energy, Environment and Water (FE2W) research network and a co-founder of the Australia-China Youth Association (ACYA) and China’s Health, Environment and Welfare (CHEW).
